About Meredith Law Office

Ms. Meredith works hard for her clients.  She provides a voice for her clients in the courts, negotiations, mediations, meetings, hearings, or arbitration. She is a strong advocate having spent many years learning, preparing, and advocating in real practice.

She is license as an attorney in Utah (2007) and California (2001). In addition, she is a licensed real estate broker.  She is admitted to practice before Utah and California State and Federal courts including Federal Bankruptcy Courts. 

She holds advanced degrees including J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA); and a B.A. from Brigham Young University (Provo) in Political Science and Spanish.  


With over twenty years of career experiences, her knowledge spans many fields.  She assisted in litigation support for receivers and for California and Utah bankruptcy trustees.  This work included asset management, data control, bankruptcy filing report review and general ledger accounting practices. Her work at the family law facilitator's office in California expanded her knowledge in providing support services for pro se clients seeking restraining orders, child custody, child support, and modification and enforcement of court orders.  Her work at Whittier Law School she supervised and counseled with many disabled clients seeking services and compliance with IDEA, Office for Civil Rights and Office of Education compliance complaints. She has helped many homeowners obtain loan modification, short sale, and complaints with Office of Comptroller.  

She enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge.  She enjoys time with her husband.   Her talents and interests include golf, football, crochet, piano, voice, art, cooking, reading, and travel and triathlon training. Her father's passion for automobiles and her mother's passion for cooking transferred to her.
